Sleep has been part of this business from the very beginning. When I opened this business back in 2017, sleep was one of the first things people asked about, and one of the first things I wanted to help with. Having many restless nights myself, I understood what it felt like to lie awake in the quiet with a mind that simply wouldn’t be still enough to fall asleep.

Over the years sleep bundles have become a favourite in our collection, always anchored in crystal energy and always built with intention. The Simply Sleep Box is the most considered version of that yet. Satin spar and Blue Celestite have long been Lumena’s trusted bedroom pairing, but this box goes further, bringing Smoky Quartz and Angelite into the mix for the first time alongside a roll on blend created using chamomile, lavender and neroli essential oils, that work in harmony with the crystal energies.
