The Light Within is the Lumena Core Collection that came into vision the moment I sat with our new name, and our message that the light never started with the stone, it started with you.

The journey starts with Rose Quartz, a crystal very close to my heart. I chose a raw chunk for this bundle, to symbolise exactly where this journey begins, unpolished and completely itself, because that’s exactly how we all begin, too. Energy wise, it’s about compassion and self love, which is the perfect way to start the journey in finding your inner light, and loving all parts of you. Rose Quartz has always been the stone people reach for when they need to be a little kinder to themselves, when the inner critic is loud and the kindness has run a little dry, and there is something important about beginning here, because you can’t share a light you haven’t yet allowed yourself to have.

Smoky Quartz is the second part of your journey, as it helps you to find emotional balance and stability, which can become a little rocky when you begin an inward journey.
