These Amazonite and Moonstone bracelets had me instantly fall in love the moment I opened them

Colour wise they’re gorgeous, soft sea greens and milky whites with tiny silver spacer beads sitting in between, but it was the energy that caught me off guard. I expected the calm, because Amazonite always brings it, but together these two stones carry something far more empowering, a kind of goddess energy I didn’t realise I needed until it was sat on my table.

The pairing makes more sense than you’d first think, because Amazonite and Moonstone are cousins. Both belong to the feldspar family of minerals, so these two grew from the same ancient bloodline and ended up wearing completely different faces, one the colour of shallow water, the other a soft moonlit white.

And the stories they carry could not be better matched. Amazonite is named after the Amazons, those legendary warrior women, and has been known as a stone of courage and truth for centuries. It’s long been connected with the throat and with honest expression too, the stone people reach for when something needs saying and the words keep hiding, and it’s known for soothing worry and overthinking, smoothing out those frayed nervous system edges, all while being called a stone of hope.

Moonstone has belonged to the moon for just as long. The Romans believed it was actual moonlight, solidified, and when you hold one up to the light and you can see exactly how that idea felt true. It’s tied to intuition, new beginnings and the quiet knowing women have always carried, and it has centuries of connection with women’s cycles, rhythms and seasons of change behind it. Travellers used to carry it for protection on journeys, particularly ones taken at night, which I love, because most of the journeys that matter are the ones we make in the dark, one way or another.

A warrior and a moon goddess, side by side on one wrist.

But for me, it’s the way they work together that makes this bracelet what it is. The calm arrives first, then the steadiness underneath it, and whether it’s the courage or the quiet that finds you, that part is yours to discover.

Each bracelet is strung on stretch elastic with a 7cm diameter, so it slips on and off without any fiddling. And because these are natural chips, no two bracelets are ever quite identical, so yours will carry its own little arrangement of greens and whites. It arrives tucked in a white organza bag, ready for your own wrist or for a woman who could do with a warrior and a goddess in her corner.
